1. About Us

Generator Power Parts is operated in partnership with Tarplett Generator Specialists. By using this website and placing orders you agree to these terms. Contact us at sales@generatorpowerparts.com.

2. Products

All parts listed on this website are genuine OEM Rehlko components. Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to correct any errors without prior notice.

In-stock products are available for immediate purchase. Back-order products are sourced through our partnership with Tarplett Generator Specialists and Rehlko France — lead times are indicative and may vary.

3. Parts Enquiries

Submitting a parts enquiry does not constitute a binding order. Our team will confirm availability, pricing and lead time following your enquiry. An order is only confirmed once you have approved our quotation and payment has been received.

4. Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where stated. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error we will contact you before processing your order.

5. Payment

We accept payment by credit card, debit card and other methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

6. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery times are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

Unused parts in original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us before returning any item to obtain a returns authorisation. We cannot accept returns for parts that have been fitted or used.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect part, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

8. Warranty

Genuine Rehlko parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse or modification.

9. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from the use of parts purchased from this website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images and code is the property of Generator Power Parts or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
